i got a card one month ago and card seller told me that card is totally free, and you will get 1lackh limit benefits and features and offers,
but now i got charges on card like annual fee,late fee, and financial charges,
actually I don’t know how to use the Card
now i don’t want to pay this amount please help me for disconnecting this card on my name

and give a request for Card cancel
the customer care executive will help you for cancel the card
and he will explain you about the card charges and uses
how to use,how to pay, Bill date,due date, how any days you get to pay without charging,
if getting charges on late payment then ask how much%
and benefits, offers,and reward points- what is the value of reward points – how to redeem the point
and your present charges reversal

He will register a complent and he he give you a ticket number with TAT you will get call from backend team he will reversal the amount because the WRONG INFORMATION AND INCOMPLETE INFORMATION FROM CARD SELLER
